1. Who we are

2. What data

Name, email, phone number and your message when you book an appointment or use the contact form.

Photos taken during your session.

Technical data needed to keep the website running securely.

3. Why

To schedule and confirm your appointment, answer your questions, edit and deliver your photos, and for our accounting (legal obligation).

4. Portrait rights and your photos

You decide what happens with your portrait. We never publish your photos on our website, social media or portfolio without your explicit consent.

You can withdraw consent at any time and we will remove the photo from our publications.

Files are stored securely so you can reorder later. On request we delete them permanently.

5. Retention

Contact and booking data is kept as long as needed for your appointment and up to 2 years after. Invoices are kept 7 years (legal duty). Photos are kept until you ask us to delete them.

6. Sharing

We never sell your data. We only use trusted providers for hosting and email, within the EU or with appropriate safeguards.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object. Email us at hello@jaweedstudio.com. You may also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
