About us
Photography with calm, craftsmanship and attention
Jaweed Studio is a photo studio in the centre of Ghent with more than 15 years of experience. From an official passport photo to full wedding coverage.
The photographer
Nice to meet you, I'm Jaweed
I have been photographing people for more than fifteen years: students who need their first job application photo, parents who want to capture their newborn, couples on their wedding day and entrepreneurs who want to present themselves online.
What connects all those sessions is the way of working. I take the time to explain what we're doing, I guide you through every pose and I work with light that lets your face speak instead of hiding it.
The studio is located at Charles de Kerchovelaan 193 in Ghent, within walking distance of the city centre. All visits are by appointment.
What we pay attention to
Posing guidance
You don't need to know how to stand. I guide you through every shot: chin, shoulders, hands, gaze.
Professional light
Every session starts with a lighting setup that suits your face and the style you want.
Natural retouching
We keep skin texture and facial features. Only what is temporary disappears.
By appointment
During your session the studio is yours alone. No waiting, no rush.
The studio
Fully equipped in Ghent
Professional flash lighting, several backdrops, a changing room and plenty of space for families. For companies, we bring the same setup to your office.
Client reviews
